
Conservative Treatment of Anterior Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome in the Military, with a Mid-term Follow-up

Using a conservative treatment plan proved successful in returning 65% anterior chronic exertional compartment syndrome (CECS) patients to active duty without surgery.
